Exclusive authorization to Post advertisements of your business on our COORJG public Facebook Group.
2300 active Jeep driving members. Target marketing at it's finest.
Your business decals will be handed out to all Club members ( vendor supplied ) upon joining or renewing their membership with the club. We are approaching 300 Club members. Also vendor supplied decals and brochures can be handed out at all COORJC Events. Including Thunder in the Hills, Tough Truck, local community clean ups, local food drives, and more.
Your logo will be printed on all Club Trail Guide T-shirts. With scheduled trail rides in excess of 40 planned for 2021, plus all our charitable events your logo will be seen by thousands, off line.
Open to invitation to attend all COORJC Charity and Community Events as a Vendor. ( some exceptions )
The COORJC is the largest OF4WD registered Off Road Club in history. Possibly the largest in Ontario. Well respected in the off road and local communities. And growing rapidly. Both our Public Facebook Group and our Membership Club grow daily. We have a very large member base in the GTA and active members throughout the province. Target marketing at it's finest.
As the classic ad saying goes, “Nobody ever bored anyone into buying anything.” And we couldn’t agree more. So why just ‘do ads’? The three activities of a successful targeting strategy are segmentation, targeting and positioning. Partnering with the COORJC will focus on building long-term brand equity and be a powerful business tool to increase market share.

This Sponsorship Agreement [known hereafter as the “Agreement”] is executed on this [Agreement Date] between [Name of Sponsor, known hereafter as the “Sponsor”] and CENTRAL ONTARIO OFF ROAD JEEP GROUP known hereafter as “COORJC”.
Terms of Agreement

COORJC will give the Sponsor contribution for the following benefits:

Trademarks and Materials
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, The COORJC grants the Sponsor the right to use the COORJC’s trade names, logo designs, trademarks, and company descriptions as provided in COORJC marketing materials. These assets may be used in any medium of advertising, promotional products, or marketing materials distributed by the Sponsor upon receiving written agreement from COORJC.
COORJC agrees to offer the following materials for marketing and promotional purposes:

Indemnity
The Sponsor will indemnify, defend, and hold COORJC harmless from and against any claims relating directly or indirectly to, or arising from, content created in print or digitally, use of Sponsor materials, or use of Sponsor’s logos and trademarks.
COORJC will not be responsible for damage or loss to property belonging to the Sponsor, its employees, contractors, or agents or for personal injury to the Sponsor’s employees, contractors, agents, directors, or invitees.
Sponsor will give COORJC prompt written notice of any claim that comes within the purview of these indemnities.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall either party in this Agreement be liable to the other party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages regardless of whether such liability results from a breach of contract, breach of warranties, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will be valid for the period of [Starting Date] to [Ending Date]
COORJC may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. In the event COORJC terminates this Agreement for any reason other than Sponsor’s breach of Agreement, COORJC shall refund any fees received from the Sponsor and return any materials, equipment, hardware, or software loaned by the Sponsor as outlined in Section 2 of the Agreement at the Sponsor’s expense.
The Sponsor may terminate this Agreement for breach of Agreement by COORJC after giving COORJC at least ten (10) calendar days prior written notice specifying the nature of the breach and giving COORJC at least ten (10) calendar days to resolve such breach. If breach occurs less than ten (10) calendar days before a specific event outlined in Section 2 of this Agreement, Sponsor may terminate this Agreement if breach is not resolved by the first day of said event.
Disagreement
In the case of a disagreement at any point, the parties will refer the matter to an independent arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
Confidentiality
COORJC and the Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall treat as confidential, during and after the Term, any information concerning the affairs of COORJC and the Sponsor the other of which it comes into possession or by reason of this Agreement, and including the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and shall not disclose either directly or indirectly any such information to any person, firm, corporation, or organization by any means without first obtaining written permission from the other party.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement will supersede any or all prior oral or written forms of understanding between the Sponsor and COORJC. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except when one or both parties execute amendments in writing and amendments are signed by both parties.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canadian federal laws applicable therein.
In witness thereof, COORJC and the Sponsor hereby agree to enter into this Agreement on the day and year first written above by affixing their respective signatures below.
