Registration Confirmation
This is to CONFIRM that you have registered to attend an event with the COORJC. The details of the event are available on our website's Events Calendar but will also be set up as an event on the Member's Facebook page approx. 2 weeks before the event date.
You will receive an invitation to the Facebook event and will be marked as going to confirm you are fully registered for the event. Should event be full, you will be marked as maybe and be on a waiting list should a spot open. If you are not in the members Facebook, an email will be sent to confirm registration.
If you find out that you can not attend please let us know your intent to cancel as soon as you know so we can offer this spot to someone else. Please include your name and event ID number in your message. Email to event@coorjc.com
